The National Institute on Money in State Politics (the Institute) is a one-of-a-kind, non-partisan organization that collects and makes available state campaign-finance data for each state across the US. All 50 states collectively reflect about 3.2 million records of data that account for more than $2 billion in contributions PER ELECTION CYCLE. Creaturekind led a strategic marketing planning process in collaboration with M+R producing a comprehensive overlay how to distribute data products and services to a range of audiences, build market share and engage the public around how money flows to power.

M+R is one of the nation’s top political and public affairs consulting firms, working and winning a broad range of progressive issues; woman’s health, organics, education, and human rights to name a few. Work with M+R is ongoing as part of Tom Novick's team collaborating on comprehensive evaluations and assessments for national and regional funders. This work has included production and review of fund raising proposals for broad progressive organizing tables, conducting information gathering to inform state program strategy, analysis of the 2004 & 2006 Electoral Cycle, voter contact programs, trends and innovations.

Montana Conservation Voters
(MCV) acts as the non-partisan political voice of their state's conservation and environmental community. A statewide membership organization, MCV tracks how MT local, state and federal elected leaders vote on policies that impact Montana’s natural resources and pubic health. (ISLT) is the leading force coordinating efforts to protect this amazing and elusive cat, a severely endangered species that lives in some of the most war torn habitat in the world. To check out project details; click here.

Conservation Strategies works with conservation and government leaders to promote the protection of the Northwest's resources, communities, and natural habitats. Products produced: an online assessment for five key NW voter engagement/educational groups. The deliverable profiled each state's online program and site use to track how the web was being integrated into and advancing work. The final deliverable included a range of suggestions, tactics and methods to advance and deepen contact generation through the web. Innovation analysis; acquisition, recruitment and relationship building. A series of strategic recommendations were offered to build program momentum integrating offline/online success.

Farming and the Environment
, a Washington non-profit group aims to build common ground between the farming, public and conservation community based on their mutual love of the land. The long term goals of this group include bringing the public closer to farmers markets and the producers direct to consumers. Products produced: a hybrid strategic/marketing plan, online strategy, program profiling and site plan.
